Anger is often the emotion that's easiest for us to feel. It comes quickly. It protects. It get's our point accross. But just beneath it is often the emtion that can lead to deeper intimacy and connection....anguish. Anger mixed with grief. The deeper why that is often older and more potent. When anger is disconnected from the heart, it burns people. When it stays connected to the heart, it becomes an invitation to know us more deeply. The work is simple and not easy. Own your anger.
