Focusing on a single, needle-moving goal for 90 days enables significant progress compared to scattering energy across multiple areas. By identifying and dedicating concerted time to that primary objective, individuals can achieve meaningful quarterly success.

What would happen if you committed to one thing for the next 90 days? Most of us into personal development have goals scattered in every direction: 👉 Progress in the day job 👉 Progress in the side hustle 👉Better health 👉 More present with the family 👉 A creative hobby 👉 Growing a personal brand The problem is we make a tiny amount of progress in each direction. But if we pick one thing, the one most important, needle-moving thing, and make that our primary focus for 90 days, we can make absolutely enormous progress in that one area 🚀 Loads of people have talked about this: Gary Keller in The One Thing (@the1thingbook). @gregorymckeown in Essentialism. @cal.newport in Slow Productivity. So ask yourself: if everything else stayed the same, what's the one area where a concerted effort would have the most needle-moving impact over the next 90 days? Then carve out the time to just do that one thing. If you want help protecting that time, my team and I have an app called Superfocus that helps you stay focused on your goals and make progress each week.
