Playbook

Plan every clip in one place.

Ten clip concepts, the 90-second script shape that works, a weekly rhythm you can actually keep, and a link builder that tags each clip so you can tell which ones send people to WISR.

Link builder

Paste the episode ID (or its YouTube URL), name the clip, and copy the tagged link into the video description.

Script template

One idea per clip. 60–90 seconds. The hook does most of the work.

[0–3s] HOOK — say the uncomfortable thing plainly.
"Most men don't have a motivation problem."

[3–15s] TENSION — name the cost of getting it wrong.
"They have a direction problem, and they medicate it with work."

[15–60s] SUBSTANCE — the clip from the episode. One idea, no detours.

[60–75s] TURN — what to do with it this week.
"Try this: write down the thing you're avoiding, then do the 10-minute version."

[75–90s] CTA — send them to the full episode.
"Full conversation, and 250 more like it, at the link in the description."
